About Schlamp Family Medical Clinic
We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with quality medical care. The more that you know about your physician, the more that we can be of assistance to you. A good physician-patient relationship is a two way street. Our consultations are held with the strictest confidence--so we expect for all of our patients to come to us with their complete medical history in mind, specific details about their current condition, and all medications that they are currently taking. Our ability to practice good medicine and our patients' good health depend on it. We want to make certain that all of our patients' questions and concerns are addressed. We look forward to meeting with you.
