Dr. Kevin Schlamp is a board certified family physician and wound care specialist, practicing in family medicine and industrial medicine. He has 19 years as
a local family physician and eight years as a workers comp consultant. He has been certified in Botox and Juvederm since 2010. He was the recipient
of the prestigious Physician’s Recognition Award with Recognition for 4
consecutive years.
Maureen Poe, Nurse Practitioner, is board certified in Adult and Geriatric Medicine. As a professional Geriatric Care Manager, she provides a holistic, client-centered approach in caring for the physical, mental and social changes in adults facing ongoing health challenges. She was certified as a Geriatric Care Manager in 2010 and is current owner of Geriatric Resources, Inc. Mrs. Poe can see patients 18 years and older. She is currently serving as a Board Member of the LANP.
Jamie Klumpp, Nurse Practitioner is a 2013 graduate of McNeese State University specializing in Family Medicine. She was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Dr. Andrew Davies is originally from New Iberia, LA and attended University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he earned a bachelor of science degree in biology. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Center School of Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at The Family Medicine Program at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.
