Remote Patient Monitoring is simply a patient monitoring their vitals from home. 
Our office has access to blood pressure cuffs you may use at home. This blood pressure cuff will send our office your results through an app. Your doctor will then review your results.  If you are interested in taking one of these cuffs home, call our office at 337-527-6385

At Home Sleep Testing

Our clinic has a take home sleep test available for established patients. 
This is for both insured and self-pay patients. Call your insurance to see to see if a sleep test is covered under your policy.
