House CallsWhat is a House Call?
A Home Visit, or House Call, is when a nurse practitioner or physician goes to your home to give you medical care you may need. This can include a wellness exam, a diabetic check, a blood pressure check, or as well as other problems or illnesses you may have. Our office is now offering home visits to our Medicare, Humana, and Self Pay patients that are unable to leave their homes. Self Pay new patients - $140 Self Pay established patients - $100 Who is eligible for a House Call? If you feel as though you or a loved one is in need of in home care, please phone our office to discuss a home visit or other alternative. Wheelchair bound, high risk COVID-19, oxygen dependent, bed bound, and limited mobility are all reasons for in home visits. |
