Lung cancer KILLS! It is the leading cause of cancer death.
Second hand smoke accounts for 80-90 percent of all cancer cases. Think of this when you're smoking around other people.

Symptoms of early-stage lung cancer may include a cough, shortness of breath and fatigue. As the disease progresses, symptoms may include: chronic cough; spitting up blood; pain in the chest or back; hoarseness and/or wheezing.

The liquid in e-cigarettes contains nicotine, which is the same addictive drug that is in regular cigarettes.

School safety is looking a little different now. All students K-12th grade are required to wear a mask per CDC guidelines. Children are even required to wear a mask when outside and during PE.
Speak to your children about mask safety and when they should and should not use them.

Opioid drug abuse has become a major epidemic in the US.
In 2013, almost 2 million Americans abused opioids and OVER 16,000 people died.
Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Percocet, methadone, and codeine are the most abused medications/ pain killers. Even though these drugs are legal they are VERY ADDICTIVE.
If you know someone that has an addiction to an opioid please don't wait until it is too late. GET HELP.
